Import Checklist & Pre‑Loading Instructions

General Requirements

1. Shelf life
   • Toffees, éclairs, chocolates, biscuits: up to 12 months (shorter is acceptable).
   • Cakes: up to 6 months.
2. Dates on-pack
   Production and expiry dates must be printed on the package (not stickers).
3. If production date is missing
   Both Production & Expiry dates must be clearly stated in the Certificate of Origin.
4. English labeling
   Packages must include an English label (a sticker is acceptable if required).

Required Documents

1. Original Invoice
2. Packing List
3. Certificate of Origin (reflecting point #3 above)
4. Health Certificate
5. CRM (typed, not handwritten)
6. EX1
7. All documents must be handed to the truck driver

Before Loading

1. Photo verification: Provide a photo of each item showing the English label and shelf life.
2. Document submission: Send all required documents in PDF by email before loading; send originals when ready.
